On 30 May, annual "Viva Accordion" will be held at Matsubara City Culture Hall, Matsubara city, Osaka from 12:00 to 17:00. Admission free. On 20th and 27th June, one of the most famous accordionist in Japan "coba" or Yasuhiro Kobayashi performed in the TV program "Michi Roman" ( or "The Romantic Way") of Mainichi TV . This program is 30 minutes long each and broadcasted in the stereo sound. Coba once studied the accoridion in Italy and is a fluent speaker of Italian. In these programs, "coba" travels in Italy with his accordions, remembering Nino Rota whom he admires very much.

From Aug. 1 to 31, "the Revival of the Music Cafe Musica" will be held at "Aster Plaza", Naka Ward, Hiroshima City. "Musica" was the name of a cafe which became the center of the musical culture
in Hiroshima from 1945 throughout 1950s when Hiroshima was under reconstruction. On Aug. 7th, 14th and 21th, the musical events entitled " The Ring of Songs " will be held at this "cafe". This for 30-minute-program is broadcasted and 3 times a day, at 9am, 1pm, 11pm from Monday to Friday every week. On 12 Feb., she played a live performance joining a band of 2 accordions, a cello, a guitar in that TV program.
