【特長】どこでも手軽に楽しめる、たのしい楽器です。 弾き方は自由。 ピアノやアコーディオンのように旋律と伴奏を同時に弾くもよし。 バイオリンや笛のように旋律を弾くもよし。 独奏も合奏も自由自在。 弾き語りにも最適。 すわって弾いても、歩きながら弾いてもよし。 弾く場所も自由。 テーブル・コンサートで、 お店のオープンマイクやセッションで、 広々とした公園の木漏れ日のもとで、 夜の酒場のカウンター席で、 ガランとした校舎の廊下で、 パソコンの机のまえで、 蛇腹に呼吸して、ボタン鍵盤を押すと、素朴で温かい音色が出てきます。 日本ではまだ珍しい楽器なので、 パーティーやピクニック、オープンマイク、セッション、ライブなどで弾けば、 「うわ〜、カワいい!!」 と注目の的。 アニソンやアイリッシュ、演歌、クラシックなど幅広く使えます。 手軽な楽器ですが、奥は深いです。 アングロ(英国系)、イングリッシュ(英国式)、デュエット(重奏式)など、いろいろな種類があります。 筆者の愛機は、アングロ・コンサーティーナです(バスターリ W-40-M)。 
【名前の語源】concert(演奏会)＋ina(女性的な指小辞)日本語名はコンサーティーナ、コンサーティナ、コンサルチーナ、等々。 漢字の定訳はまだ無い。筆者は「双面手風琴」と呼ぶ(こちらも参照)。 【筆者が勝手に考えた呼び方】 汎用蛇腹型携帯楽器 英系独式 双面手風琴 Anglo Concertina, The General-purpose Bellows-driven Mobile Musical Instrument |
 ごあいさつ  筆者は、アングロ・コンサーティーナのアマチュア奏者です。 プロではないので、至らぬところはお許し下さい(^^;;  アマチュアのくせに、なんでこんなサイトを公開するかというと……世の中には、コンサーティーナの達人が、たくさんいます。 動画サイトを検索すると、アイルランドの伝統音楽の速いメロディーを コンサーティーナでバリバリと弾く達人たちの動画なじが数多くヒットします。 私も、アイルランド音楽は、下手の横好きで、大好きです。 その一方、日本人が聞き慣れた曲をコンサーティーナで弾く人がまだ少ないことを、ちょっと寂しく思います。 この楽器を見て「あ、コンサーティーナだ」と名前を言える日本人は、そんなに多くないのではないでしょうか。  コンサーティーナは、小さいながら、いろいろな可能性を秘めた楽器です。普通の日本人がよく知っている懐かしのメロディーとか、アニメソングなども、もちろん弾けます。和音伴奏とメロディーを同時に演奏するのも、簡単です。  こういうわけで、アマチュアのくせに、さしでがましいですが、「日本人がよく知っているこんな曲を、こんなふうに弾いてみました」 という同好の士へのご参考と、自分の備忘用を兼ねて、このサイトを公開いたします。 ★姉妹ページ「ダイアトニック・アコとコンサーティーナ」もどうぞ。 |

Welcome to my webpage.
I am a professor of Meiji University, where I teach oriental languages and cultures. I like playing the Anglo-German concertina as a hobby. The world has many concertina players who are talented and gifted. Japan also has a considerable number of amateur concertina players. In Tokyo, such as in Irish pub sessions, you might meet some concertinists who play far better than me. You would also find expensive concertinas played there. I know that I am only an amateur enthusiast of the concertina. My old Bastari (Stagi) concertina, 40-key C/G, is not expensive.
Now, why did I make this website of the concertinas? This wonderful squeezebox is still not well known in my country. Celt music enthusiasts in Japan can tell concertinas from bandoneons. But most of Japanese, including my friends, do not know this pleasant instrument. So,I made this webpage in order to introduce the concertina to the Japanese. In this website, in my videos, I try to play famous tunes in Japan. Some of these tunes, especially "ANIME"(Japanese animated productions) songs, had never been played on concertina before me. I hope you would enjoy them!
I think, I am in the level of "Journeyman"(or "Journeyperson") title of concertinists.
