キャリアデベロップメントワークショップ
(Career Development Workshop)

本イベントは、学生や若手社会人のキャリアアップを目的としたものです。
産業界や研究・教育機関でご活躍されている研究者や技術者をファシリテータとして迎えて、 キャリアやスキルについてグループディスカッションを行います。 本イベントを通して、参加者の自己スキルに対する意識改革を促し、今後に役立てます。
This event is aimed at advancing the careers of students and young professionals.
It includes group discussions about careers and skills with facilitators who are researchers and engineers of industry, research, and educational institutions. Through this event, we encourage participants to change their mind of their own skills, which will be useful in the future.

2023年10月に行われた本イベントでは、明治大学SBが 主催 として参加し、本SBの学生が実行委員長となりました！

SYWL Workshop

本イベントでは、学生(Student)、若手(Young Professionals)、女性(Women in engineering)、 これまでの社会を長い間支えてこられたベテラン(Life members)の技術者・研究者らが一堂に会し、 将来の技術や自己スキル、キャリア観について話し合い、楽しみます。 世代や性別、国を超えた交流によって、参加者それぞれのアイデアや先輩方のこれまでの経験・スキルを共有でき、 自身のキャリアアップや人脈の構築に役立ちます。
Students, young professionals, women in engineering, and life members aged 65 and over gathers at this event to discuss future technologies, skills and career prospects. Through interacting over generations, genders, and countries, each participant can share their ideas and the past experiences and skills of their seniors, which is useful for advancing your career and building personal relationships.

2022年(@徳島)と2023年(@長野)に開催された本イベントでは、本SBの学生が学生運営委員として参加しました！
At this event held in 2022 (@Tokushima) and 2023 (@Shinshu), this SB student participated as a steering committee member!

Student Branch Leadership Training Workshop (SBLTW)

本イベントでは、年に一度、日本全国のStudent Branch (SB)の役員を中心とした学生が集まり、 これまでのSB活動や今後の活動計画、研究活動などについて意見交換し合います。 また、毎年異なる様々なテーマについて、参加者同士でディスカッションを行う時間もあり、 各々が交流の時間を楽しんでいます。
At this event, Student Branch (SB) executives from all over Japan gather once a year to discuss on past SB activities, future activity plans and reseach activities, etc. Moreover, participants have the opportunity to discuss among themselves on various themes that vary each year, and everyone enjoys the time interacting with each other.

ここ最近では、沖縄や大阪などで開催されており、新たに出会った学生と空き時間で観光を楽しむ…なんてこともあります！
それぞれの大学についての話題や、SB活動、研究活動など、多くの学生とざっくばらんに話ができる貴重な機会です。
Recently, events have been held in places such as Okinawa and Osaka, and you can enjoy sightseeing in your free time with other students you meet!
This is a valuable opportunity to talk openly with many students about topics related to their universities, SB activities, research activities, etc.
