The number of attendees was 137 from Japan, USA, Taiwan, Portugal, Brazil, India, Germany, Korea, Australia, Sweden, Spain Denmark, Ireland, and Turkey.

The next ISAP2015 will be held in Porto, Portugal from September 21 to 23, 2015(tentative).
You can check how you go to the conference venue from your hotel.
Panel 4(Panel on Data assimilation Techniques )has moved to Room A3 from 4:10pm to 5:40 pm, July 3(Wed) due to circumstances beyond our control. Also, Session 15 (Power System Analysis 2) has been reassigned to Academy Hall from 11:20 am to 12:50 pm on the same day.
ISAP2013 takes a policy that no-show papers are not included in the final proceedings.

Now, the Web-based registration system was already closed. Those who have would like to attend
the conference should require the invoice to make remittance to the ISAP2013 Secretariat ( isap2013.tokyo@gmail.com) or pay the on-site registration fees in cash. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to handle the credit card payment.
The following plenary talks will be organized on July 2-3:

Plenary Talk 2: Cyber-Physical System Security in a Smart Grid Environment (Speaker: Prof. Chen-Ching Liu, Washington State University, Pullman, USA/University of College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland)

Plenary Talk 3: Outline of Verification Program in Smart Community Keihanna (Kyoto) (Speaker: Mr. Yoichi Hangai, Mitsubish Heavy Industries, Tokyo, Japan)(The plenary title has been changed due to certain reasons)

The tutorials will be organized on the afternoon of July 1st and cover the following topics:

Tutorial C: Multi-agent systems(Instructor: Prof. Takeshi Nagata, Hiroshima Istitute of Technology, Hiroshima, Japan)

Payment of the attendees must be reached to Registration Desk by:

  Early-Registration: May 1st, 2013 (JST)

  Regular-Registration: June 1st, 2013(JST)

The firm deadline of the final papers is due on May 1st, 2013 (JST). Payment of the authors must be reached to Registration Desk by May 1st,2013(JST).
