Paper Submission

• The authors are invited to submit an electronic file of the full paper in IEEE PES standard double column format not exceeding 6 pages until Feburary 20, 2013, to the conference website.
• IEEE PES paper template and IEEE copyright form are available.

• All submissions must be submitted electronically, in PDF format and uploaded on EDAS as follows:.

Paper Submission of Final Papers

• Please carefully format references as said in the IEEE PES Author's　Kit. Final Manuscript Submission is as follows: Please submit your　final paper in PDF to isap2013.tokyo@gmail.com until May 1st, 2013(JST).
• Payment of the authors must be reached to Registration Desk by;
  Registration: May 1st, 2013
• Each author is allowed to make one registration for two papers. The authors need Paper IDs in making a registration on Web..
• ISAP2013 takes a policy that no-show papers are not included in the final proceedings.

Step 2: Please choose (1) or (2).

(1) If you have used EDAS before, use your login credentials to enter EDAS.

(2) If you have used EDAS before, use your login credentials to enter EDAS.If you do not have an EDAS account, click on the "create a new account" link to create a new EDAS account. After creating an account, you can use your newly obtained user name and password to submit a paper.

Step 3: Input  data to “Title of Paper” and “Paper Abstract” on the screen.

Step 4: Please upload your 6-paged papers at EDAS by going to "My Papers" tab and clicking on the icon under the column "Upload" where the corresponding paper is located.
