We think that the choice of laboratory is a big turning point in your life. If you are interested in our laboratory, please visit us anytime. Our staff and students will welcome you when you come to the laboratory in Room 502, Area 1-Building 5. If possible please make an appointment by telephone or email so that we can arrange to meet you. Our laboratory has only been established for a short time, so we are very happy to listen to everyone's opinion in order to make it better. We will briefly introduce our laboratory below:

Research Theme　　 : We will jointly decide your research theme based on the research direction of
　　　　　　　　　　　 our lab and other practical considerations
Research Style　　　 : You decide your own research style. People work best when they are
　　　　　　　　　　　 comfortable with their own research style.
Seminar　 　　　　　 : Students explain their current research status, and also discuss
　　　　　　　　　　　 relevant papers accordingly
Extramural Activity　 : We recommend students attend both domestic and international conferences
　　　　　　　　　　　 as well as doing collaborative research and seminars with other
　　　　　　　　　　　 universities
Other　　　　　　　　: Roughly once a week you will meet your supervisor who will instruct you how
　　　　　　　　　　　 to carry out your research

Animal study including behavioral experiment cannot be achieved without taking consideration of animals. We thus learn basic skills about handling animals, aquire practical knowledge and a sense of ethics through the research. Besides, analyzing and presenting the research data can develop the professional abilities related to collecting information, data handling and writing skill. We would like you to learn problem-solving methods how to clarify the unknown issues by contributing to science, and enjoy the research activity.
Our hope is that you will be able to take on any challenges with your future theme, and have suitable ethics view, knowledge and skills as a researcher in order to create your life.
