My teaching philosophy is quite simple.
I follow two basic principles:
#1: Give every student the chance to shine.
#2: Learning is a two-way street.
Following the first principle means that I strive to give each student the opportunity to learn in his or her own way, to absorb class information according to his or her own learning style, and to make advancements with the English language in ways that will be beneficial and useful.
Following the second principle means that I respect my students and realize that all of us are human beings. I can learn from my students just as they can learn from me!
