Submission of Abstract

For those who want to join and present a paper at our September conference, please send your abstract( between 200 words and 500 words) with your name,

your affiliation and contact address to
                            confyagi@meiji.ac.jp
the deadline of submission is 31 July, 2024(extended) 。

Notification of Acceptance

We will send you the notification of acceptance, basically within one week after recieving your submission in order that the participants can prepare for their travel to Japan.

VISA documents
