Biography
　I received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Seikei University, Tokyo, Japan in 1987. I also M.E. and the Doctor of Engineering degree received from Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan in 1989 and 1992, respectively. From 1993 to 1997, I was a research associate at Electron Device Laboratory (Nakano Lab.) of MEIJI University. Since 1998, I have been Associate Professor in the department of electronics & communications, school of science & technology, MEIJI university. I am research leader of Function Device Laboratory which was established in 1998.

Research Field

· Electro and optical properties of Semiconductors

· Efficient device of mutual conversion between light and electricity

· Functional Thin-film device and thin-film technology

· Optoelectronic devices and photonic devices

· Electron Display Devices, Drive system and Drive circuits
